"Better" RC Metal Clevises

These
metal clevises are unique in the RC hobby because they are solderable
and threaded. They have the regular 2-56 threads that fits the standard
threaded rods. These clevises are plated for easy soldering to a metal
rod or to our Flex Cable Pushrod. They come also in pack of 2 clevises.

are threaded at one end. The threaded end can be cut off and screwed

small clevises are very strong. They have a ball on the clevis pin that
snaps into place when the clevis is closed. Very secure.

"Better" Swing Keepers

for 3 reasons: (1) Longer legs permit more servo output rotation without
binding the pushrod; (2) heavier construction than their two competitors;
(3) these are made in "rights" and "lefts" for easier
installation next to a fuselage sidewall.

Threaded Ball Links

Excellent
connectors on top of servo wheels to pushrod, throttle arm connection
to pushrod, aileron servos. These ball links are the fourth type we've
had and mate more precisely.

Larger Threaded Ball Links
 Larger than our HLH813. The nylon socket part is just under 7/8" long. |
The
threaded portion of the stud is 3/8" long. The threaded stud is
.085" dia. -- a little less than 3/32". HLH813 (the smaller
Threaded Ball Links) are satisfactory for most RC uses. These are good
where you need even more strength. |

Feet Flex Cable Pushrod

feet of Nylon outer tubing and 20 feet of 1/16" diameter bronzed
cable. The cable used here is very good and very expensive for us to
buy. It is bronzed for easy soldering, the ends don't "friz" when cut and the fit inside the nylon outer tube and into threaded coupler
HLH809 is perfect. These are excellent for throttle pushrods and when
used for other controls such as aileron, steerable nose gear, rudder,
elevator will give a more precise control than all nylon pushrods. |

Feet Nylon Tube Pushrod

The
inner tube accepts 2-56 threaded rod firmly. Screw Threaded Studs HLH845
into the small nylon tubing. Either a metal or nylon clevis can be screwed
onto the threaded rod giving you an adjustable control rod. The fit
between the inner and outer nylon tube is critical to accurate and free-moving
control in this type of pushrod. We test each batch of tubing for this
critical fit before packaging. |

Pushrod Connectors

1/4" high barrel, 7/16" overall. Is held on to servo output wheels with secure star lock. Large round barrel can be held easily with pliers during installation and adjustment. Control rod is held securely in place with a socket set screw allowing a lower profile. Includes hex wrench.

For
Bulk Pushrod Connectors. The starlock on our HLH819 secures the Pushrod
Connector so permanently to a servo output wheel that you must destroy
the Starlock to remove the Pushrod Connector. The safety of our Pushrod
Connector is terrific, but you needed a source for Starlocks so you
can reinstall the Connectors. |
